To enhance the efficiency and output of our air-heating fireplace inserts, we manufacture secondary heat recovery units known as heat exchangers.
There are also integrated versions available that are installed in place of the cast iron top plate, ensuring greater heat output per unit of time.
This means that the heat not initially released within the fireplace insert is recovered in the upper heat exchanger before escaping outdoors through the chimney. A heat exchanger can be fitted onto any of our air-heating fireplace inserts: whether rustic, minimalist, front-glass, double-door, or even three-sided glass designs. The control mechanism for the butterfly valve regulating the outgoing flue gas volume is routed to the front panel on this model as well.
